The only thing you have got to do is see a tailor in your neighborhood and have him/her double check the measures and identify the changes that need to be done.
For this reason please log in to your account and go to the point Satisfaction Guarantee. There you will find your end measures of the current order. Please print it and present it to the tailor of your choice. Let him define the changes that need to be done, in order for the piece(s) to fit you properly. Please fill in the changes again online in your profile under Satisfaction Guarantee and we will redo the order free of charge for you, using the revised measures, double checked by the tailor of your choice.
Accessories are delivered by our Partner DHL within 2-3 working days. The manufacturing of made-to-measure garments including shipment takes about 3-5 weeks.
