1. How long does it take until I get my final product?
On average it takes about 3-5 weeks until you receive the final product. We are trying to do our best to deliver the products as quickly as possible. In some cases, e.g. due to fabric unavailability, the production process might take a little longer. In any case you’ll be informed about delays by e-mail in time.
2. How much are the shipping costs inside of the EU?
Shipping costs within Europe are GBP 8.5, whether you order 1 product or 50. Shipping is free at a minimum order value of GBP 100.
3. How much are the shipping costs to non EU countries, Asia, Africa, USA and South America?
The relevant price lists will be available soon.
4. Can I actually see the current status of my shipment somewhere?
You can check the current status of your order in your personal customer area at “My account” on our website. We kindly ask you to log in to our website. Go to "Order status” in the menu and check the shipment status of the ordered product. You will be informed about any changes in your order status by an automatically generated e-mail. Then click on item "order status” in the navigation pane.
5. What if the delivery takes longer than expected?
If you are waiting for your product which has the status "already shipped" but you have not received it, please contact our customer service at
