1. How long does it take until I get my final product?
Our hand made shirts, blouses and polo shirts are normally shipped within 3-5 weeks. Suits, trousers and jackets are shipped within 4-6 weeks. The delivery time can not be guaranteed. When there are questions in regards to measurements, an ordered fabric is not available, the finished product has failed quality control or other unforeseen events occur then the delivery time may be longer. We do everything in our power to deliver quickly.

Due to the recent extreme flooding in Thailand, we would like to inform you that our deliveries could possibly be delayed by 2 weeks.

2. How much are the shipping costs inside of the EU?
Shipping costs within Europe are GBP 8.5, whether you order 1 product or 50.

4. Can I actually see the current status of my shipment somewhere?
You can check the current status of your order in your personal customer area at “My account” on our website. We kindly ask you to log in to our website. Go to "Order status” in the menu and check the shipment status of the ordered product. You will be informed about any changes in your order status by an automatically generated e-mail. Then click on item "order status” in the navigation pane.

5. What if the delivery takes longer than expected?
If you are waiting for your product which has the status "already shipped" but you have not received it, please contact our customer service.
