      If the quality was faulty or if you found some defect in our product(s) we would kindly ask you to send us an e-mail to customers@youtailor.net, detailing the type of defect and if possible including a photo of the defective product.       We are offering you the YOUTAILOR Satisfaction Guarantee, which means that we will reprocess your first outfit order one extra time free of charge if the product does not fit you. Your only responsibility is to visit a tailor in your neighbourhood and have her/him double-check the measurements and define any changes that need to be made.

  3. What do I have to do to benefit from the YOUTAILOR Satisfaction Guarantee?
      Please visit a tailor in your neighbourhood and have her/him double-check the measurements and identify the changes that need to be made. For this purpose please log in to your account and click on the "Satisfaction Guarantee" symbol. There you will find the end measurements of the current order. Please print these and present them to the tailor of your choice. Let her/him define the changes that need to be made in order for the item(s) to fit you properly. Please type in the changes online in your profile under "Satisfaction Guarantee" and we will reprocess the order free of charge using the revised measurements, double-checked by the tailor of your choice.

FABRICS
  1. What choice of fabric quality for shirts and blouses is offered by YOUTAILOR?
      YOUTAILOR offers only cotton fabrics. For its standard fabrics and seasonal fabrics, YOUTAILOR offers fine single yarn fabrics that are easy to iron. YOUTAILOR premium fabrics are made from Egyptian cotton, high-end two-ply fabrics which are similarly easy to iron.

      YOUTAILOR buys select cotton fabrics from fabric makers in all parts of the world. Our preference is for collections by Italian manufacturers, especially for seasonal collections and the premium fabric category.

      The fabrics must have been made in an environmentally friendly manner and finished for easy ironing. All fabrics must offer superior wear comfort. Shirt and blouse fabrics must retain their colouring even after several washing cycles and may not bleed. Fabric manufacturers must comply with the international fair trade principles and must not use child labour.
